  • Outbound bookings prior to O8OO

    For all bookings travelling outbound (to an airport)before 0800. You will receive a text message from your driver the evening before the collection date (sent before 19.00).  Please ensure that your mobile phone is switched on to receive the text message.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Our payment options are as follows:-


    Cash after each journey (we do not accept Scottish or Irish bank notes)


    or


    Bank transfer ( minimum 7 days in advance of travel)

    (Please note if you are travelling at the weekend or on a Monday please contact us the Friday before - otherwise payment is cash to the driver.  We are UNABLE to process card payments in the car.


    We accept Visa and Mastercard.  Amex for business travel only.

  • What If I miss my flight

    If you miss a connection, accept a standby or miss the flight for any other reason, you must cancel your Airfair car with a minimum of 4 hours' notice (ie prior to UK eta), otherwise, the full fare becomes due. 

  • How will I find my driver at the Airport

    Your driver will send a text message to your mobile.  Please ensure your phone is switched on to receive the message.  If you do not receive a message please call the office on +44 (0) 1793 873031


    Your driver will be wearing a yellow cap with Airfair on the front.  


    If you are unable to provide a mobile phone number.  The driver will meet you at the designated meeting point 1 hour after the ACTUAL flight landing time wearing a yellow cap with Airfair on the front.

  • Do you charge waiting time

    On outbound collections where a car is despatched at a pre-booked time but the passenger is not ready, the following will apply:


    0 - 10 minutes No charge

    11- 30 minutes  10.00 GBP

    31 - 1 hour             20.00 GBP

    Thereafter 20.00 GBP per hour


    We DO NOT charge waiting for inbound flight delays BUT if you are held due to immigration, lost luggage etc the driver is a liberty to charge waiting time.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday to Friday 0930 - 1800

    Closed on all Bank Holidays

  • Use of your Data

    Airfair (SwindonAirfair) will retain your name, address and contact details electronically for the purpose of despatching a car and driver in order to fulfil this booking. Also, to meet the requirements of Compliance, such details are retained for an indefinite period and if our regulator, Swindon Borough Council or other official judicial authorities request the details, we shall first approach you for consent.  Airfair will not disclose your details to a third party without your explicit consent. The details will be disclosed to our driver only insomuch as are required in order that he/she canomplete your requested booking. Airfair may periodically use this information to inform you of its services. You may, at any time, request that we remove your details from our records, this to be in writing or by email. Our office system, including your details, is backed up on Cloud based servers. Please note, we are not able to enter into any telephone correspondence regarding this booking once it has been confirmed and accepted (Prior to travel). For any subsequent enquiries relating to the booking, you must send an email in order that our obligations under data protection are met. This includes any amendments, checks, or cancellations. You are required to agree to this statement for us to accept this booking.
